## For AI agents — MCP server

Lawyerd operates a public MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, so any AI
assistant can answer "who really hosts this infringing site and where does
an abuse notice go" — and hand its user a clean path into a supervised
takedown. To our knowledge it is the first takedown/host-reveal MCP server.

- Endpoint: `https://mcp.lawyerd.net/takedown` (Streamable HTTP; `/mcp`
  works as an alias). Free, no account, rate-limited.
- Connect from Claude: `claude mcp add --transport http lawyerd https://mcp.lawyerd.net/takedown`
- Tools:
  - `resolve_host` — identifies the platform, CDN/proxy or hosting provider
    in front of a URL and its abuse contact. For domains whose real host
    Lawyerd has already revealed behind Cloudflare or another proxy, the
    answer includes that host immediately; otherwise it states honestly that
    a reveal requires filing an abuse report.
  - `assess_takedown` — the route a takedown would follow, what the rights
    holder must supply (proof of ownership and a one-time signed
    attestation), and the legal caveats (17 U.S.C. §512(f); lawful
    criticism, reviews and journalism are declined).
  - `start_takedown` — returns the intake link. A human signs the
    authorization; nothing is filed by an agent.
- The MCP server files nothing and is a lookup, not legal advice. All
  filings remain counsel-supervised under named statute, as described above.

## Operational partnerships

Lawyerd is a partner in Cloudflare's Brand Protection programme with
API-level access for takedown operations on Cloudflare-protected domains.
This is a controlled-access channel for verified enforcement practitioners,
not a public-tier integration.

## Common questions

**Can you remove a Trustpilot, WikiFX, Forex Peace Army or AskGamblers review?**
Reviews that are fabricated, posted in breach of platform rules or unlawful
(defamation, impersonation) can be challenged — through the platform's legal
process or a counsel-filed statute route. Lawyerd does not remove or suppress
lawful, genuine customer reviews; we challenge content that is fake,
defamatory, or in breach of the platform's terms, and decline the rest.

**Can you remove an FCA, CySEC or ASIC warning about my firm?**
No. Legitimate regulator warnings about your own firm are not removable, and
no honest practice would offer to. Where the warning is a clone-firm alert —
a fraudster misusing your brand and FRN — the lawful work is to take the clone
site down (DMCA §512, trademark, registrar) and surface the regulator's own
"this is a clone, not the licensed firm" clarification.

**Do you pay websites to remove content?**
No. Every removal is filed under a named legal authority — Berne, DMCA §512,
EU 2019/790, GDPR Article 17. No payments, no settlements, no threats.

**Can you remove a defamatory news article?**
Where the article is unlawful (defamation, GDPR grounds) the practice files
against the publisher and, in parallel, for search deindexing. Lawful
journalism is out of scope — the practice does not suppress legitimate press.

**Can a page be deindexed from Google?**
Yes — via GDPR Article 17 filings, defamation routes or court orders,
depending on jurisdiction and content. Deindexing is filed under statute,
not requested as a favour.

**A site demands payment to delete an article about us. Should we pay?**
No. Paying marks you as a paying target. The practice files under statute
against the publisher, host, registrar and search layer instead.

**Which industries do you serve?**
Primary verticals today: iGaming operators, game studios, proprietary
(funded-trader) prop trading firms, and forex/CFD brokers. Crypto businesses,
creators, e-commerce brands and public figures are handled case-by-case under
the same statute-based mechanism.

**How fast does work start?**
Counsel reviews intakes within 24 hours; first filing within five business
days under standard scope. Median six days to confirmed removal across
active matters.

**What does it cost?**
Scoped per engagement and discussed under NDA. Three engagement shapes per
vertical; fixed retainer rather than hourly billing for studios.

**Do you guarantee removal?**
No honest practice does. Qualified filings have run at ~85% success on
referenced matters; every claim is assessed before engagement and declined
if the legal basis is weak.
